Following the tie between India and Afghanistan in the ongoing Asia Cup 2018, a video went viral showing a kid crying after Ravindra Jadeja’s dismissal. Needing one off two balls, Jadeja was caught off Rashid Khan’s bowling as India failed to win the match. Soon after the match ended a kid, who was an Indian fan, was crying while his father tried to console him. The pictures and videos went viral and were all over the internet.
Even Afghanistan players Rashid Khan and Mohammad Shahzad consoled the kid and met the youngster to cheer him up. The Afghanistan players clicked pictures with the kid. Following the gesture by Afghan cricketers, the kid was seen smiling.

Meanwhile, the kid’s father revealed on Twitter that he received a call from India’s fast-bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar. In reply to Harbhajan’s tweet, Amarpreet Singh wrote, “Paaji he is happy now and looking forward to the final on Friday... Really kind of @BhuviOfficial as well to call and console him... We will surely bounce back and it will be our "Fateh" on Friday Go Team India.”

Meanwhile, India will take on Bangladesh in the final of Asia Cup 2018. India stayed unbeaten in the group stage and Super Four round to book a place in the finals. Bangladesh, on the other hand, knocked out Pakistan in a virtual semi-final to progress to the final.
