Talking about MS Dhoni, he is currently busy with his IPL duties. Very often he is spotted at the Chepauk hitting big shots. A few days ago, a viral video surfaced online, Dhoni was seen seen reduced to tears addressing a press conference. Unable to speak and almost teary-eyed, Dhoni was talking about the team’s journey in the IPL. His teammate Suresh Raina ran up on the stage to offer his captain a bottle of water and shared a smile, to lighten the emotional moment.

Dhoni who has led the CSK team in the first eight seasons of the IPL has been one of the most decorated captains in the IPL history too. Under his leadership, the popular Chennai franchise has won the coveted IPL trophy twice, in the year 2010 and 2011.

Chennai Super Kings have had a tumultuous journey in the IPL tournament since its inception. Dhoni has led the team in all its seasons before the team was banned to participate for two seasons (2016 & 2017). He had then captained the Rising Supergiants Pune in the year 2016, after which Steve Smith had taken over in the year 2017!
