Pakistan lost their last game against India massively 89 runs at The Old Trafford on June 16, 2019. Post which the Men in Green have gone through immense flak as they lost the game. Sarfaraz Ahmed, the captain of the side has been trolled consistently for the decisions, his fitness levels and above all the loss. Needless to say that the Indian fans really rejoiced the victory and they posted tweets on social media expressing their excitement. Ali realized his folly and to avoid getting into the eye of the storm, went on to delete the tweet. However, one of the netizens captured the snapshot and posted it on social media. “Congratulations #TeamIndia for the splendid win and giving us a moment to celebrate and to feel proud to be an Indian. #IndianCricketTeam let’s capture the world cup now #CWC19,” the tweet read. Talking about the game, after winning the toss Pakistan elected to bowl first and India put up the total of 336 runs. Rohit Sharma scored 140 runs and went on to become the Man of the Match. Rain went on to be the spoilsport in the game and the match was reduced to 40 overs and the total was revised to 302 runs. The Men in Green could only make 212 runs by the end of 40 overs.
