“The way everything was going half of the people thought we are done, we are finished and I have read it so many times. Me being me and KL being KL, we joke around now. I don't like coffee or I don't like tea. We take it positively and move on," they stated. The two even went on to say that the incident has made them better as human beings. KL Rahul said that it was quite unfortunate but he had some lessons to learn.
According to the Indian rounder, he did not want to feel victimized which is why he accepted his mistake and moved on with it. The two cricketers have made quite a strong comeback after their suspensions and now are blazing guns for India at the CWC 2019.
