Harbhajan Singh Becomes Third Indian Bowler to Get 150 Wickets in the History of IPL During CSK vs DC, Qualifier 2

The team will now take on the Mumbai Indians on May 12, 2019. Now, during the Qualifier 2 of between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals, spinner Harbhajan Singh went on to snap a couple of wickets and became the third Indian bowler to get 150 wickets in the history of the IPL. Bhajji became the fourth bowler overall to get 150 wickets. Lasith Malinga had snapped 169 wickets, Amit Mishra has 156 under his kitty and Piyush Chawla has 150 wickets are the other three bowlers to have picked 150 or more wickets in the IPL. Bhajii was extremely satisfied with the same as he snapped the vital wickets of Shikhar Dhawan and Sherfane Rutherford. “This is a different format from the ones I have played in the past, and I have 150 odd wickets in this format, which is very satisfying. I'm competing with the young guys and going along just the way I have always gone about my bowling,” said Harbhajan Singh.  CSK beat DC by 6 wickets. 

Talking about the match, the Chennai Super Kings won the game by six wickets as they chased the total of 147 runs. Shane Watson and Faf Du Plessis made half-centuries each and had a lion’s share of credit in the victory of the Chennai Super Kings.
