Former Indian speedster Zaheer Khan turned 40 today and it was obvious that wishes would have had started pouring in for the cricketer. His former colleagues including Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman, Harbhajan Singh. Cheteshwar Pujara, Shikhar Dhawan wished the pacer via a tweet. But amongst all the tweets, former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly’s post caught our eyes. Ganguly took to Twitter and posted a very cheeky tweet which read, “Happy birthday @ImZaheer zed K.. have a great year ...please loose some weight...u were India’s strength 🤝.” Zaheer is yet to respond to the cheeky post. Both Ganguly and Zaheer have played together for several years and it is quite obvious that they would have funny things to say to each other. Obviously ,the fans would want to see a funny banter between Dada and Zak!

VVS Laxman wrote, “Wishing a wonderful man , a great match-winner for India and my buddy @ImZaheer a very very happy Birthday.”

Virender Sehwag wrote, “Happy Birthday to the man whose deliveries gatecrashed many stumps , have a great life ahead Gyaan Baba @ImZaheer !”

“Happy Bday @ImZaheer! Here’s to the year being nothing but great for you in every way!,” wrote Cheteshwar Pujara!

Talking about Zaheer Khan, the speedster has snapped 311 Test wickets, 282 ODI wickets and 17 T20 wickets. It was on October 15, 2015 that the pacer bid adieu from international cricket in a tweet saying bid adieu to my career in international cricket. I look forward to signing off with IPL 9.
