Gujarat Titans will look forward to regain their lost touch while they make the strategy for the Indian Premier League 2025 mega auction. After lifting the trophy in 2022, they had a nightmare in the previous of the cash-rich league. Titans will look to get back their hands on the trophy.
The names of the players, who will be retained ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auctions are now announced. Gujarat Titans have announced their list as well. The IPL governing council allowed the franchises to retain a maximum of six players. They also specified that a maximum of five capped players and two uncapped players can be retained. Based on that, GT have secured the services of their captain Shubman Gill, star cricketer Rashid Khan, Rahul Tewatia, Sai Sudharsan and uncapped Shahrukh Khan. Ever since their induction in the Indian Premier League, the Gujarat Titans have become a pretty big name. The Shubman Gill-led side won the cash-rich league title in their debut season whereas ended up as runner-ups in the next edition. However, ever since Hardik Pandya left the franchise there was a dip in their performance. Ahead of the Indian Premier League 2025 auction, the Titans will look forward to coming back to their previous performance and holding the IPL trophy once again.

The Gujarat Titans didn't have the best of seasons during their last outing in the Indian Premier League. The likes of Shubman Gill, Rashid Khan weren't able to perform as per their potential which led to their downfall. Rashid is still a very valuable player for the franchise, however, his current form hasn't been up to the mark and has been dealing with injuries which may out attract owners to run behind him during the auction.
