Ahead of the three-Test series between India and New Zealand, captain Rohit Sharma spelled out the mantra for his team for the challenge on the eve of the first encounter in Bengaluru. India are coming off an emphatic 2-0 win over Bangladesh last month, while the New Zealand cricket team suffered a 0-2 whitewash against Sri Lanka in the Emerald Nation. Winning this Test series, 3-0 potentially could see India seal their place in the World Test Championship 2025 Final, who are currently placed in the number one spot ahead of defending WTC champions Australia. The Blackcaps will be without their star batter Kane Williamson for the 1st Test, who is ruled out following an injury, and will be led by Tom Latham, instead of Tim Southee, who stepped down from his post earlier this year. New Zealand national cricket team will also be without the services of Ben Sears, who is out of the tour due to a knee injury, and has been replaced by Jacob Duffy.
