"Come Back AB" Chants Doing Rounds
SA missing @ABdeVilliers17 badly. They need someone who can finish the game. This looks like a team which needs serious inspiration from someone. Can't see them going anywhere in the tournament if they play like this. No #ProteaFire #SAvBAN

Bangladesh outplayed South Africa in all departments. Showed that they can’t be bulldozed with bouncers. Effective spin in the first week of June. Tactically superior in leadership too. Well done, neighbours. 👏👏 #CWC19 #SAvBan

Here's How Teams Become Better
South Africa beat Bangladesh (in Dhaka) by over 200 runs in 2011, rolling them for 78.
In the 8 years since they've played 119 more ODIS, in the last 4 years they've won more than half of them.
Today they beat South Africa in England.
When you let teams play, they improve.

It was the partnership between Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim which really set the platform for Bangladesh's massive 330/6. The senior batting duo scored 142 runs amongst themselves. However, it was the late flourish by Mahmudullah and Mosaddek Hossain which fetched 54 runs for Bangladesh in the last four overs, which proved to be the difference in the match. Shakib Al Hasan was awarded the Player of the Match award for his all round effort. Bangladesh next face New Zealand and South face India on June 5 at London and Southampton respectively.
