Sachin Tendulkar on Tuesday wished everyone on the occasion of Dussehra. The former Indian cricketer took to Twitter to wish everyone on the auspicious Hindu festival. Tendulkar is very active on social media and shares posts on a regular basis. The 46-year-old also greets cricketers on their achievements and retirements. On Tuesday, he wished good health, happiness and success to everyone on Vijay Dashmi 2019.

Sachin Wishes on Dussehra!

Indians are celebrating Dussehra (Vijaya Dashmi) today. The festival is celebrated to cherish the victory of Lord Ram over Demon Ravana. It is an auspicious Hindu festival. Sachin on Monday had congratulated Ajinkya Rahane on becoming a father. Sachin had shared a heartfelt message for Rahane and his wife Radhika on Twitter. “Many Congratulations, Radhika and Ajinkya. The joy of being parents to your first child is unparalleled. Soak it in! Sachin Tendulkar retired from all forms of cricket in 2013 after playing his 200th Test match. The batting great created many records during his career, many of which are yet to be broken. Sachin played for India from 1989 to 2013. In his 21-year-long career, he played 200 Tests, 463 ODIs and 1 T20I. He smashed 15921 runs in Tests and 18426 runs in ODIs. He also smashed a total of 100 centuries in international cricket, 51 in Tests and 49 in ODIs. He scored 10 runs in the only T20I he played.
