DC Win By Six Wickets! Shreyas Iyer's men finally break their winning streak and they now jump to second place in team standings. Despite a loss, RCB have also gone through as their net run rate is still better than Kolkata Knight Riders. However, Delhi will indeed be a happier side as they'll get two chances of making a place in finals. They will now lock horns with Mumbai Indians in the first qualifier at November 5. On the other hand, RCB will meet either Kolkata Knight Riders or Sunrisers Hyderabad in the eliminator on November 6.

OUT! RCB gets a wicket against the run of play as DC skipper Shreyas Iyer walks back to dugout. The dasher went for the big shot off Shahbaz Ahmed but found Mohammed Siraj at long in. With the required run under control, it was an absolutely needless shot. Shreyas Iyer c Siraj b Shahbaz Ahmed 7(9)

OUT! Do we have a twist in the tale? Shikhar Dhawan goes back as Shahbaz Ahmed gets the crucial wickets. Remember, RCB need to stretch this match to at least 17.3 overs which looks more possible now. Dhawan c Shivam Dube b Shahbaz Ahmed 54(41)

Despite the early departure of Prithvi Shaw, DC have maintained a good run rate courtesy some positive batting from Shikhar Dhawan and Ajinkya Rahane. Both batsmen have made brilliant use of the powerplay restrictions as Capitals cross the 50-run mark inside powerplay. RCB need a wicket soon to come back in contest.

02 Nov, 21:32 (IST)

OUT! Brilliant comeback from Mohammed Siraj after being smashed for two boundaries. It was a beautiful in-swinging delivery which pierced Prithvi Shaw's defenses and strikes the timber. Brilliant start for RCB.

So, 152/7 is what RCB have managed in their allotted 20 overs.  Devdutt Padikkal scored his fifth half-century of the season while AB de Villiers and Shivam Dube played handy cameos. Credit must also go to Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje who bowled brilliantly in the death overs. Can the struggling DC batting line-up chase the target or RCB will go through? We'll find out shortly. Stay Tuned!!

OUT! Skipper Virat Kohli perishes while trying to up the ante as Delhi Capitals have the command now. The RCB skipper fails to connect a big shot off Ravichandran Ashwin and Marcus Stoinis takes a good catch at deep mid-wicket. Kohli c Stoinis b Ashwin 29(24)

02 Nov, 20:21 (IST)

Quite a strange approach from Royal Challengers Bangalore as despite losing just one wicket, the required rate is below seven after 12 overs. With only eight overs left in the kitty, Devdutt Padikkal and skipper Virat Kohli must look to step on the gas to post a substantial total on the board.

02 Nov, 19:54 (IST)

OUT! Kagiso Rabada gets his first wicket in powerplay this season as Josh Philippe goes back to the pavilion. The Australian youngster completely miscued a big hit as the ball lobed up in the air and Prithvi Shaw took a good running catch at cover point. Philippe c Prithvi Shaw b Rabada 12(17)

02 Nov, 19:49 (IST)

Youngsters Devdutt Padikkal and Josh Philippe have made a steady start to Royal Challengers Bangalore innings, collecting runs from the first four overs. Both batsmen have found boundaries on occasion but should look to up the ante with just four overs of powerplay left.

Their batsmen have let down Delhi in recent times, and they certainly need to rectify the issue to get the favourable result. The likes of Prithvi Shaw, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant have been out of touch while Shikhar Dhawan, who’s also the highest run-scorer of the tournament, was out for a duck in his last two games. Nevertheless, Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje and Ravichandran Ashwin have been doing well in the bowling department.
