DC vs MI Highlights of VIVO IPL 2021: Amit Mishra's Four-Wicket Haul Leads Delhi Capitals to 6 Wicket Win

Amit Mishra was the man for Delhi Capitals as he led the team to a six-wicket win against the Mumbai Indians.

Jasprit Bumrah is weaving magic with the ball. A slower one and Rishabh Pant fails to gauge the delivery. Pant scoops it away and Keiron Pollard gets that one quite well. Pant OUT on 7.

Rahul Chahar gets rid of Shikhar Dhawan as he attempts to slam a big one. Dhawan mistimed it and Krunal Pandya was standing right there in the deep to take that stunning catch. Dhawan OUT on 45 runs. 

Just when we thought that Steve Smith could remain unbeaten in the game, in came Keiron Pollard who got rid of the Australian. Bowls in line and length and that hits the leg stumps. Smith LBW on 33.

It looks like Delhi Capitals is overcoming the initial hiccup faced by them in form of Prithvi Shaw's wicket. Steve Smith and Shikhar Dhawan are helping Delhi to recover. 

Jayant Yadav strikes for the team as he gets the wicket of Delhi Capitals opener Prithvi Shaw. The batsman attempted to jab it with hard hands and gets Caught and Bowled! Shaw OUT on 7. 

Trent Boult is the one who started off the bowling for MI as they defend a total of 137 runs. Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw look to give a flying start to DC.  They made 5 runs in the first over. 

Amit Mishra's four wickets and his figures of 4/24 have restricted Mumbai Indians to 137/9 after they had opted to bat first. Mishra broke the back of Mumbai's batting with the wickets of Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard and Ishan Kishan. Avesh Khan also chipped in with two wickets.

OUT! Ishan Kishan chops the ball into his own stumps and Mumbai Indians have lost their seventh wicket. Mishra bowls a wide yorker and Ishan defends it but the ball directly on the bails and Ishan is dismissed. Ishan Kishan b Mishra 26(28)

Jayant Yadav and Ishan Kishan take Mumbai Indians past the 100-run mark. The champions have been shackled by spin. But Kishan and Yadav have settled and will want to score big in the final four overs.

OUT! Amit Mishra is on a roll here. The spin wizard has picked his third wicket after trapping Kieron Pollard plumb in front of the wicket. Pollard fails to read the wrong'un and is caught LBW. Pollard lbw b Mishra 2(5)

Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav take 10 runs of Amit Mishra's over to put Mumbai Indians in command after the early wicket loss of Quinton de Kock. Rohit Sharma is batting on 29 from 19 balls while Suryakumar Yadav is unbeaten on 23 off 13 deliveries.
