Australian cricketer David Warner, who is currently serving a one-year ban due to his involvement in the ball-tampering scandal, was recently seen working at a construction site. As per various reports, Warner is busy with the construction of his new house in Sydney’s beachside suburb of Maroubra and has been doing some of the work related to construction himself. However, amongst all this a controversy has erupted as Warner’s brother-in-law, Tim Falzon allegedly smashed the car windscreen of a freelance photographer.

Falzon, reportedly, has been charged now after he smashed photographer Jayden Seyfarth’s car with a shovel and will appear in court in June. As per news.com.au, it is believed, that the 21-year-old photographer was trying to get shots of Warner working.

Falzon after noticing it then approached photographer’s vehicle with a shovel in hand and allegedly smashed the window. “I was in disbelief. I was shocked and shaken up,” Seyfarth later told Channel Seven news.

Warner subsequent to his ban was barred from playing in the Indian Premier League 2018 by the BCCI along with Steve Smith. The duo along with Cameron Bancroft had admitted having tampered with the ball during a Test match against South Africa. While Warner was captain of the Sunrisers Hyderabad, Smith was set to lead Rajasthan Royals.
