The 34-year-old was seen bowling to boys and one of them tried to steal a cheeky single, Sammy attempted to get run out. It was here when the star player turned up to the third umpire to intervene and give a decision. Much to the pleasant surprise of everyone in the crowd and commentary box, the umpire gave his verdict on the giant screen. Sammy and the kiddos were seen sharing smiles and having a gala time. Such is the power of cricket.
Dates for the sixth edition of Caribbean Premier League, CPLT20 2018 has been finalized. It will be held from August 8 to September 16 as there are no international fixtures scheduled for West Indies during that window, which mean the tournament will see the presence of superstar players. Along with defending champions, Trinbago Knight Riders, there are six franchises in total taking part in CPL 2018. The first round of matches will take place Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
