Bigg Boss 11 Contestant Arshi Khan On Sex Tweet With Pakistani Cricketer Shahid Afridi: That Tweet was a Mistake

Bigg Boss 11 contestant Arshi Khan had grabbed headlines with a controversial tweet on Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi in 2015. In the tweets, Arshi revealed that she had physical relations with Afridi.  She had written, “Yes, I had sex with Afridi. Do I need the Indian media's permission to sleep with someone? It's my personal life. For me it was love.” Arshi had also said that she wishes to get married to the Pakistani cricketer.

However, that’s passé. The Bigg Boss 11 contestant seems to have learnt from her mistake and now feels sorry about the entire episode. On Rajeev Khandelwal's chat show JuzzBatt, Arshi spoke about the incident and this is what she had to say. "I respect Mr Afridi a lot. He has done a lot for me. That tweet was a mistake and I should not have addressed him openly about such sensitive issues. Afridi Sahaab ke bahut ehsaan hai mujh par."

Back then Arshi had claimed that she was pregnant with Shahid Afridi’s child and referred to the cricketer as his mehboob. However last year when she participated in Bigg Boss 11, Arshi admitted that she said this to get publicity. Shahid Afridi while speaking to a Pakistani news channel had denied all the rumours and said that he always remains away from women. Afridi also went on to say that he does not know Arshi that well. “ If I have a woman in my life I will let people know about the same,” he said.
