Phehlukwayo was batting on 24 and looking dangerous. Phehlukwayo played a slog sweep off Adil Rashid's first delivery off the 35th over. Stokes, fielding between the deep point and deep backward point, jumped and pulled off a one handed catch that stunned everybody. The crowd gave a thunderous applause for the catch. Stokes said about the catch after the match that, "I had a bit of a panic on, I was a little further in that I should have been, but I've the nickname, "The Claw", and luckily it stuck!"
