Beckenham CC, an English cricket club, while participating in the Shepherd Neame Kent Cricket League faced an embarrassment after being bundled out for just 18 runs. Apparently, it becomes the club’s lowest ever total in 152 years of existence. Moreover, in the history of Shepherd Neame Kent Cricket League, it now becomes the lowest team total as well. It took little over an hour to complete the match as Bexley CC chased the paltry target in just 12 minutes without losing a wicket.

After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Beckenham CC’s terrible innings lasted for just 49 minutes. Five of the club’s batsmen were dismissed for a duck while the top score was just four. Three batsmen Alexander Sen, William MacVicar and Calum Lennox scored four each. Beckenham CC's opening stand put on just five runs and then the team kept losing wickets in a hurry. With Beckenham CC’s score reading nine, the club lost four wickets without adding a run. Fast bowler Calum MacLeod, Scotland international player, was the wrecker-in-chief as he picked six wickets and gave away just five runs in his six overs.

During his spell, Macleod bowled two maidens as well. Jason Benn also picked four wickets in his 5.2 overs which included three maiden overs. In response, Besley CC completed the target in just 3.3 overs with openers Christopher Laas (4) and Aiden Giggs (12) fishing unbeaten.
