Bangladesh will square off against Afghanistan in the match no 31 of ICC Cricket World Cup (CWC), 2019. The action will take place at Rose Bowl Cricket Ground, Southampton. Bangladesh are currently having 5 points with 6th position on the point table. They will look forward for a big win in today's game, in order to move up the table and strengthen up their net run rate. On the other hand, Afghanistan hasn't won a single game yet, however they gave tough time to India by restricting them to a total of 224/8 in 50 overs, unfortunately they ended up losing it by 12 runs. The toss has been delayed due to rain early morning, hopefully it should not play a spoilsport in the match ahead. Meanwhile, Afghanistan skipper Gulbadin Naib has won the toss and elected bowl first. Bangladesh vs Afghanistan Cricket Score 31th ODI Match.

Bangladesh has been performing well in this World Cup 2019 with a never say die attitude. Their batsmen Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim and Shakin Al Hasan have been contributing well with the bat. They lost their last game against Australia, but Rahim scored a fine century in that match, however it wasn't enough to chase down a mammoth target of 382 runs.
