A total of 18 matches are being underway in the round three matches of Ranji Trophy 2019 and all are participating in the various parts of the countries. However, the eclipse will not be seen in all the parts of the country which means many matches can go on without interruption. The eclipse is expected to impact the southern part of India which include cities such as Kannur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) in Kerala; Coimbatore, Madurai and Ooty.
Many rising stars and several International players like Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan are also participating in the ongoing tournament and BCCI will certainly not want the health of these players getting affected. However, there hasn’t been any confirmation as of now about the tournament’s fixture in the eclipse day.
