Vice-captain of Indian Test Cricket Team, Ajinkya Rahane and his wife Radhika Dhopavkar have become proud parents of a baby girl. The couple who have been married since 2014 welcomed their first child during the auspicious festival of Navratri 2019. The 31-year-old Mumbai cricketer is currently playing for Team India against South Africa in the first Test match at Vishakhapatnam. The good news was broken to the world by a veteran Indian bowler, Harbhajan Singh who tweeted a congratulatory post to the new parents.

Harbhajan in his tweet writes, “Congratulations new daddy in town @ajinkyarahane88, hope Mum and lil princess 👸 are doing well.. fun part of life starts now ajju. #fatherhood. [sic]” It is extremely sweet of Harbhajan Singh to wish Ajinkya and Radhika while informing their fans, supporters and well-wishers about the new addition to the family. Harbhajan who is a father of a little girl, three-year-old Hinaya Heer Plaha with actress Geeta Basra. Fans are sure he would have an advice or two for Ajinkya on fatherhood.
