Badminton Player P Kashyap Loses Passport in Amsterdam, Tweets Urging Help to Sushma Swaraj

Indian badminton player Parupalli Kashyap sought help on Twitter after he his lost his passport in Amsterdam on Friday night. The shuttler was travelling to Odense to participate in Denmark Open. Kashyap took to social media in a tweet requesting assistance in the matter and tagged External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Assam Finance & Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma.
He also mentioned that his ticket for Denmark is on October 14. Meanwhile, he also has to travel for tournaments to other parts of Europe. Kashyap's tweet reads, "Good Morning Ma'am, I've lost my passport at Amsterdam last night. I have to travel to Denmark Open, French Open and Saarloux Open, Germany. The 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games gold medallist's tweet was retweeted by several people including badminton champion Sikki Reddy. Kashyap who is from Hyderabad also trains at Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy known for producing champions like PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal. Meanwhile, Kashyap is set to marry Saina on December 16, 2018.
