In his address, Joe Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has failed. "The good news is that Putin's war has failed. Ukraine is still free," Biden stated. The US President also said that Putin tried to weaken NATO, but NATO is bigger, stronger and more united than ever before. In his last address as president to the UN General Assembly, Joe Biden also urged the UN to keep supporting Kyiv until it is victorious.
