According to reports, an apartment complex fire in the Vietnamese city of Hanoi has claimed the lives of dozens of people. As per the witnesses, the fire broke out just before midnight on Tuesday (1700 GMT) in the 10-story building's parking level, which was teeming with resident motorbikes. Authorities have saved roughly 70 people, and sent 54 others to the hospital, including dozens of the deceased. On Wednesday morning, the fire was put out, but rescuers kept looking for survivors. Rescuers had difficulty getting to the building, which was hidden along a tight lane in southwest Hanoi's residential district.
