Three undergraduates of Palestinian origin were injured by gunfire in Burlington, Vermont, as they were heading to a family dinner on Saturday night. The Palestinian envoy to the UK, Husam Zomlot, identified the students as Hisham Awartani from Brown, Tahseen Ahmed from Haverford and Kinnan Abdalhamid from Trinity. The incident occurred around 6:30 pm. Authorities had asked the public to avoid the area.
