Following a shooting at a Louisiana high school on Tuesday, one student is dead, and another is in arrest, according to authorities. The incident occurred at St. Helena College & Career Academy in Greensburg at about 3 pm, according to the St. Helena Parish Sheriff's Office. At least two other individuals were sent to nearby hospitals for medical attention. Their health status was not immediately known. Sheriff Nat Williams reported that the accused shooter, a minor who attends the school, had been taken into custody. Charges would be made public later, he stated.
