In a disgusting act in US, a man masturbated on a woman’s leg at a Dollar Tree store in Philadelphia. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media which shows the accused running away from the store after committing the disgusting act. Police are searching for the black male, approximately 25 to 30 years old and about 6 feet tall, who fled the store after assaulting the woman.
