A man from Illinois is facing criminal charges after reportedly shooting himself in the leg while dreaming that a burglar was attempting to break into his residence, reported The New York Post, citing officials. The incident, though bizarre, has resulted in legal consequences for the individual involved. The incident occurred on April 10. The man, identified as Mark M. Dicara (62), was found by deputies at his Lake Barrington home just before 10 pm.
