A disturbing incident in Bakersfield, California, has come to light, where a middle school student, Carter Lashaul, was assaulted and humiliated by two bullies. The attack, which took place on August 26, was captured on CCTV footage, showing the teens slapping Carter and forcing him to lick the bottom of a shoe while he walked home. One of the bullies can be heard commanding, "Get down on the floor and lick that s***."
