US President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed major semiconductors investment bill in order to compete against China. According to reports, the bill is likely to boost domestic semiconductor and other high-tech manufacturing sectors which are being dominated by China. Biden said that the bill will help "win the economic competition in the 21st century."
