US: 'Maniac' Goes Naked on Street After Firing Randomly at Cars in California, One Killed; Horrific Video Surfaces

A terrifying shooting spree in US’ California early Monday morning left one man dead and another injured, as a “maniac” randomly fired at cars before stripping naked on a busy street. Horrific surveillance video of the incident has surfaced, capturing the chaotic scene. Julio Rodarte, 39, began his rampage around 6:30 a.m. on State Street near West 7th Street in San Jacinto, California. Using a semi-automatic weapon, Rodarte opened fire on passing vehicles, killing a father of four and injuring another individual. The disturbing footage shows Rodarte firing off an entire magazine, discarding it, and loading another. At one point, he can be seen walking on the sidewalk, shooting at a black truck and other cars. After the attack, Rodarte stripped down naked, adding to the shock of the bystanders and responders.
