As per reports, it was Italy PM Giorgia Meloni who asked that Elon Musk personally present her the award at the event. "I am also deeply grateful to @elonmusk for his words of appreciation and for having presented me with the award," Meloni's post on X read. Speaking at the event, Elon Musk said that Giorgia Meloni is a person who is even more beautiful inside than out. "It's an honour to convey the award to someone who is even more beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside; She's someone who is authentic, honest, truthful & that can't always be said about politicians," Musk said.
