According to reports, the Temple University acting President JoAnne Epps died after collapsing on stage during a memorial service at its Philadelphia campus on Tuesday. Epps was brought to Temple University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at about 3.15 pm, according to a statement from the institution. She was 72 years old. During a press conference, University's senior vice president Ken Kaiser stated that the institution was unaware that Epps was suffering from any health issues.
