Singapore Airlines CEO Goh Choon Phong has issued a public apology in the aftermath of a tragic incident aboard flight SQ321 from London to Singapore. The apology comes after one passenger lost their life and multiple others sustained injuries due to severe turbulence encountered during the journey. The incident occurred when the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, carrying 211 passengers and 18 crew members, experienced sudden extreme turbulence at an altitude of 37,000 feet.
