Four people were injured in shark attack in US during July 4 celebrations. Texas Game Warden Capt. Chris Dowdy informed of four separate shark-related incidents, including two bites, near South Padre Island. Around 11 am on Thursday, the South Padre Island Police received a report of a "severe" shark bite to the leg near the 4100 block of Gulf Boulevard. A beachgoer’s footage showed the shark close to shore during the attack.
