American professional football wide receiver Rashee Rice's mother has been officially charged after she allegedly stole a package from her neighbour in Texas, United States. According to reports, Marsha Kearney was reportedly caught on camera stealing a package while wearing her son's jersey. A video of the incident showing Marsha Kearney stealing has gone viral on social media. The viral clip shows Marsha Kearney roaming on the porch as she goes about stealing her neighbour’s unopened package. It is reported that the incident occurred in late September, and a warrant for her arrest was issued on October 8. Post which, she turned herself in to the Tarrant County Sherriff’s Office on October 15 on one count of misdemeanour theft. It is also learned that in the past, Marsha Kearney allegedly stole household items, including "food, tumblers, laundry products, merchandise and socks."
