The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday, May 5, at around 12:40 pm, in the vicinity of Central Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard, according to CBS News. Witnesses said that when the female driver informed the homeless woman that DASH buses were free and she did not need to pay the fare, she grew upset. The driver struggled for a few minutes before closing the doors and driving off. Fortunately, the driver did not suffer any major injuries.
