Heavy rainfall triggered massive flooding across New York City on Friday, leading to major waterlogging in Queens, Brooklyn, and other parts of the city. Several videos have surfaced that showed waterlogged streets. A flash flood warning is in effect for those areas where a radar indicated heavy rainfall.
