It is alleged that the two women, identified as Teresa and Tara, said that they boarded the Spirit Airlines flight and faced no problems. However, the women claimed that they were asked to put their sweaters on by a male flight attendant while taking their seats. The alleged incident occurred on a Spirit Airlines flight that was travelling from Los Angeles to New Orleans. The women also claimed that the male flight attendant allegedly got irritated at them and kicked them off for not keeping their sweaters on. "It's just humiliating having to be escorted and treated like a criminal just because we were wearing crop tops. It was such a dehumanizing experience.
