The video, posted on TikTok by Ashpia Natasha, shows a Honda Civic cutting her off and slamming its brakes in an apparent attempt to cause a collision. When that failed, the Civic reversed into Natasha’s car, and its occupants pretended to be injured. However, upon noticing Natasha’s dashcam, they quickly fled the scene, with one occupant escaping in a red Kia. Natasha reported the incident to the police, but they declined to respond, citing policy for accidents without injuries.
