The gunman who fired shots at Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania was reportedly spotted on the rooftop 30 minutes before the shooting occurred. Several news reports also said that an officer at the rally had taken a picture of the gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, at 5:45 PM and called it in as a suspicious person.
