New Democratic Party (NDP) leader Jagmeet Singh confronted protesters outside the Canadian Parliament after being insulted on September 16. A video posted on X (formerly Twitter) shows at least two protesters following Singh in a parking lot. One asked him whether he would support a non-confidence motion against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government. As Singh continued walking, someone called him a "corrupted bas****." Visibly upset, Singh turned and repeatedly asked, "Who said it?" After the men denied making the comment, Singh called one of them a "coward" for not saying it to his face. As Singh walked away, a protester was heard asking, "Is that why you're choosing war with Russia?" Canada: Jagmeet Singh-Led New Democratic Party Withdraws Support to PM Justin Trudeau's Government.
