According to reports, the incident occurred at a stop light in San Francisco, California. A video of the incident has also surfaced online. The 24-second video clip shows a man clutching his dog in a self-driving Waymo car as a group of individuals graffiti the car, which is seen stopping at a stop light in California's San Francisco. As per reports, the group of masked people cornered a stopped Waymo Robotaxi on the street and tagged it while making graffiti on the vehicle as the front seat passenger clutched his pet dog. Officials of the San Francisco Police Department said that it was one of the three incidents that occurred in the early evening hours of September 21.
