A woman who claims she was "permanently disabled" after participating in the US clinical trial of AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine is suing the drug maker because they failed to provide her with medical care for her side effects. The patient, Brianne Dressen (42), a resident of Utah, filed the lawsuit against AstraZeneca, claiming she developed a severe neurological condition after taking part in a vaccine trial in 2020. How? Due to breach of contract.
AstraZeneca's contract with me states they will cover any costs from a research related injury. I was offered a settlement of $1200, final payment.
