North American Midway Entertainment VP, Scooter Korek, confirmed the ride was stuck for 10-12 minutes before maintenance staff manually intervened. A mother, Ally Metzger, whose two children were trapped, expressed frustration on social media, sharing a video of workers attempting to free the riders. Metzger’s 11-year-old daughter later recalled feeling dizzy and in pain due to disrupted circulation.
