Visitors at the Arkansas State Fair were left hanging upside down for about 15 minutes after the X-Drive ride malfunctioned on Saturday. The 16-seater attraction, known for its rotating, flipping seats, experienced a computer fault, leaving passengers stranded. North American Midway Entertainment VP, Scooter Korek, confirmed the ride was stuck for 10-12 minutes before maintenance staff manually intervened. A mother, Ally Metzger, whose two children were trapped, expressed frustration on social media, sharing a video of workers attempting to free the riders. Metzger’s 11-year-old daughter later recalled feeling dizzy and in pain due to disrupted circulation. Fortunately, all riders were safely rescued after the incident.
