Harshita Mishra, HR Spoc- Team Inbound at IndiaMart InteMesh Ltd., shared a post on LinkedIn and addressed an allegedly disturbing trend in the hiring process. She noted an increase in unprofessional behaviour from candidates after rejections and highlighted the disrespect of personal boundaries through inappropriate late-night calls and texts. Mishra said, “Rejection is a chance for growth, not an invitation to overstep.” Mishra aimed to bring awareness to maintain professional respect and boundaries.
