Xiaomi India has teased the launch of its new smartphone in India and shared a short video on X. The company only said that it would be a "Cinematic Vision". It said "Coming Soon" in its post on X. According to a report by Financial Express, the upcoming smartphone will be called Xiaomi Civi when launched in India. It said Xiaomi teased the launch of its first-ever Civi phone in India by sharing the 'Cinematic Vision' trailer. The report said that the Chinese smartphone maker will likely launch Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro in India. As per the report, if it is the same phone, the expected features could include a 6.55-inch AMOLED 120Hz display with 1.5K resolution and 3,000 nits of brightness. Additionally, it could consist of a 50MP wide, 50MP telephoto with 2x zoom, 12MP ultra-wide rear camera setup, and, on the front, a 32MP selfie camera. The report said that it could be powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It could launch with a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage and Android 14-based HyperOS. The smartphone was launched in China at CNY 3,299 (about Rs) for 12GB+512GB and CNY 3,599 (about Rs ) for 16GB+512GB.
