Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and MediaTek Dimensity 9400 are the flagship processors that are expected to be announced soon. In 2023, Qualcomm announced its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is currently used by the majority of smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, iQOO 12, Xiaomi 14, OnePlus 12 and others.  On the other hand, devices like the Vivo X100 used MediaTek Dimensity 9300, and the Ultra model used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. MediaTek Dimensity 9300 offered an AnTuTu score of over 2.2 million and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 of nearly 2.1 million. However, according to a post on X, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will offer 3.1 million AnTuTu scores, and MediaTek Dimensity 9400 will offer 3.4 million AnTuTu scores. Compared to the current processors, that is a significant leap in performance.
