NASA's astronaut Jasmin Moghbeli caught a spectacular glimpse of the annular solar eclipse from aboard the International Space Station. The visual was captured from around 260 miles (418 km) above the Earth’s surface. The crew aboard the orbiting laboratory gets unique views of Earth and celestial objects like the Sun and Moon as they spin through the solar system.⁣ The image shows the top left of the Sun partially obscured by the Moon in the blackness of space. The Sun appears as a large white dot with some small spots on the surface.⁣ 'Merging Galaxies': NASA's Hubble Telescope Shares Captivating Image of Two Merging Galaxies Located 350 Million Light Years From Earth (See Pic).
