Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, announced on X that the company’s Starship launch vehicle will have its fifth flight in 4 weeks. As per multiple reports, Starship spacecraft and Super Heavy booster were launched for a test by SpaceX in June, thus separating successfully from one another and the booster made a controlled landing in the Gulf of Mexico. The upcoming test, Flight 5 is expected to be a big achievement for the Starship program. As per reports, the company intends to attempt to land Starship's booster back at Starbase. SpaceX is currently focusing on achieving full reusability of its Starship rocket, in the belief that reusing rockets could reduce the overall cost of spaceflight due to the build costs of the launch vehicle.
