NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft has recently captured an image of the Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander resting on the lunar surface. The Chandrayaan-3, a mission spearheaded by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), made a historic touchdown on the Moon's surface on August 23, 2023, positioning itself approximately 600 kilometers from the Moon's South Pole. Reportedly, just four days after Chandrayaan's landing, NASA's LRO Camera (LROC) captured an oblique view of the Chandrayaan-3 lander.
